By booking with me, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Confirmation
Your booking is automatically confirmed when you complete the online booking process.
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking that doesn't align with my service policies or availability.
Please ensure all your contact details are correct when booking so I can reach you if needed.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
I require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.
A 100% no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
No-shows without prior notice may result in being unable to book future appointments.
4.Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds for completed services.
If you are unhappy with your service, please speak to me immediately so we can try to resolve any issues.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are at our sole discretion.
5. Your Data and Privacy
We collect and use your personal information solely for booking and appointment purposes.
Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
6. Health and Safety
Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your appointment.
If you have any contagious conditions or infections, please reschedule your appointment.
I maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
7. Liability
While we take every care to provide safe, professional services, you acknowledge that some treatments carry inherent risks.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to products, provided you have informed us of any known allergies beforehand.
8. General Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect for future bookings.
If any part of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
